Returns and Refunds
If your order is still being processed and has not yet been delivered, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund to your payment account. If the payment platform does not support refunds, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
If the product has already been delivered via email, but you purchased the wrong item or no longer need it, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a full refund, as long as the product remains unused.
If the product you purchased has been sent to you via email and is not working, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to provide proof of the issue, such as a screenshot of the activation error. Once we confirm the problem, we will immediately replace the product with a new one. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.
Once the product has been successfully activated, we are unable to offer returns or refunds, as digital keys can only be activated once and cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
For orders delivered more than 30 days, we reserve the right to decline refund requests. Additionally, if you refuse support or troubleshooting assistance from our team, your request for a refund or replacement may be denied. Thank you for your understanding.
